Support for WFS (OGC) under Portal Map Analysis

Is there a way to use Portal (V 10.81) To Analyze the Layers that are added as WFS ?

For example, I wanted to Clip a WFS Layer (layer added via WFS dialog) based on a ESRI Feature Layer

Is it possible ?
