Hello, is it possible to add more basemaps to Insights Desktop, so that I can have the option to select other maps rather than the default two available.

So Insights desktop comes with the two default basemaps - Light grey and Dark grey. However you should be able to access the basemaps from your primary portal as well. So when your primary portal connection is active and signed in, the basemaps from that portal should show up as options in the basemap switcher as well.
You can switch your primary portal and ensure your'e signed in on the Connections tab in the home section.
