Problem with custom scale ranges definitions

Question

Hi everybody. I'm publishing a map in ArcGIS pro for Enterprise and experiencing problems with scale ranges.

I use Manage Map Server Cache Tiles tool and when I mark needed scales such window appears althoug ArcGIS offeres this scales itself... Why does it happen and fix it?

Looks like you've defined a tiling scheme when it was published, the tool is just reading that schema (I guess Esri or Bing?).  You can edit this is the ArcGIS Server Manager or republish the service with your chosen tiling scheme.
