Real-Time Pop-Up Attributes

Question

We have a service monitoring real-time electric meter data with the intent to expand to other assets in the future. We successfully set up a dashboard where the attribute values automatically update in a list element and a details element.

Is it possible to configure the pop-up to also automatically update in the web map/dashboard? Or are pop-ups only ever just a one-time view of the data at the time the feature was clicked? Using the pop-up would simplify the process of viewing this data for our users, rather than them needing to use other buttons in the dashboard to filter the list or details elements to the meter of interest.

We used a refresh interval to get the dashboard elements (list/details) to update, but unfortunately it did not work for the popup in the map. The point has to be re-clicked for the popup to show the refreshed attributes.

You can try setting the refresh rate on the layer in the Map Viewer, which will force it to recheck the layer for new data
