Formatting URL in Arcade Pop-up - %C2%A0 being added to the end

Question

I'm configuring a basic pop-up html link using an arcade expression to concatenate the base URL with a text field from my datasets.

This works fine for one dataset, but for the other dataset (with all the same properties) in the same map this expression is getting '%C2%A0' added to the end of all my URLs and I can't find a reason for it.

Thank you, but do you know why this is being added (to some and not others) and how to remove it?

This indicates there is a non-breaking space at the end of the string. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTF-8
