Dynamic Cluster Marker

Hi guys, 

New to ArcGIS online. I have managed to enable the 'cluster points' feature in WebMap. Anyone know if there's an option to enable dynamic labels, if so how. So when I am zooming in and out of the map, the cluster point will indicate how many point features are sitting within (example below).

The dynamic cluster labels in Map Viewer(not map viewer classic) show the count of the number of features is already present. The clusters will change as you zoom in/out.
