.rbj returns false positives

Modifying .rbj in ArcMap Desktop Advanced 10.8.1 - Geometry on Geometry check, looking to find points not within areas. When the entire .rbj is run, that check flags points that are within the polygon, seemingly ignoring the "Not" box that is checked in the check parameters. When that same check is run singularly, it does not flag any, as there are none such errors in the .gdb.

Hello,

I understand from running the entire .rbj means other checks are part of the batch job. Are there any other Geo-Geo checks that may not have been changed to have the checkbox on for " Not-find features not in this relationship" and also looking for the same condition (point within/not within area)?
