We are getting an error message Fix Issues in Story Map. Could not access video's we have linked to You Tube.
It gives us the option to ignore but we would like to Fix the Issue. Please help!

Hi Fran -- Sorry you're having an issue with your Map Journal. Could you be more specific about the error and possibly provide a screenshot? Is the video showing up in the story?
Is the video showing in the story? I'm trying to determine if the error is valid or not. Can you share the URLs of the videos that are giving the error?

The classic Esri Story Maps templates, like Map Journal, are in Extended Support, which means only critical issues are being addressed. Since the videos are still showing in the story, the incorrect error messages can safely be ignored. This does not qualify as a critical issue, so it will not be addressed. I apologize for the inconvenience.
All customers are encouraged to use ArcGIS StoryMaps for new storytelling projects and migrate popular classic stories by recreating them in ArcGIS StoryMaps.
