The graphic layer is very useful, but it would be more powerful to have also the option of snapping to featrues or grids and to use coordinates.
Recently discovered that snapping was not an option for Map Graphics. Would be nice to at least have the option. I have overlapping graphics and it'd be nice if I could use snapping to quickly get it into position.
I've exported maps to Illustrator for this reason alone.
Three years later-- would still love to be able to snap graphics to feature layers!
