Extending ArcGIS Enterprise with necessary data type for IPS

Native IPS survey recordings format (Protocol Buffer, .pb) is not supported by default in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and earlier versions. Until this is resolved with the upcoming update of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0, the users are instructed to manually add the data type to their Feature Server.
