ArcGIS Pro 2.9: tif imagery fails to respect its world file (tfw),
- I got a tif imagery with no world file.
- The “Export Raster World File” is performed to create its tfw
- The xy values available in tfw file are replaced with x=1, y=1
- The imagery doesn’t move to the new place x=1, y=1
What could be the issue here? Why it fails to move according to its tfw
