Sketch Layer Features Not Saved

I am using the Sketch Layer to add features such as symbols and text, yet they are not saved after I click Save function, I have tried repeatedly and the same error over and over. Any suggestions? It's not my internet connection, already checked.

Can you please try saving sketches in a newly created web map or an unsaved web map? I am thinking this behavior could be specific
