ArcGIS Experience Builder: Inconsistency in layerlist tool of Map Widget

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the ArcGIS Experience builder  (Version: 1.3, ArcGIS JS API 4.17). In the map widget, there is an inconsistency, when displayed in different screens.
When using the application in Small or Medium device mode, in the map widget, we can see the Layer List and Legend tabs.
But the same application, when opened in Desktop mode, The Legend Tab is not visible. This is causing a throughout inconsistency in the application.
Can someone please suggest me to either hide that extra tab or make it visible in the application, to make things right in both the places.
As of now, I am unable to make changes as the default map customization does not allow me to make these changes.
I am attaching screenshots of the situation. Requesting help for this. Thanks!

In Experience Builder, you can adjust the settings for each widget based on the selected display format. Did you double check and make sure the map has the same visibility for the layer list and legend in desktop and mobile?
It's a simple thing, but it has caught me a couple of times.
