Records don't appear in the related dataset after syncing

Hi all,

I have a few feature layers in portal for ArcGIS for data collection purpose. Fieldworkers got an issue, after capturing records offline and syncing, the records don’t appear in the related dataset at all.

When I checked REST services page, I could see replicas were generated.

According to my research, I need to check the ArcGIS server's feature service configuration. Below is a screenshot of the feature service in ArcGIS server. There is no sync option! Why? Is there anything I need to do when I publish a feature layer?

Hi Amanda,

ArcGIS Enterprise- Advanced licence. All feature services were published from an SDE.

Earlier today, I reconciled and posted manually a few times. At first it didn't work, but eventually it did.  Now, the scheduled reconciliation of replica versions script needs to be checked to determine what is wrong.

What type of server infrastructure do you have? Licensing? Also, how was the feature service published?  From an SDE, folder, or hosted feature in AGOL?
