ArcGIS Pro Help Installation error

Question

Whilst installing update to ArcGIS Pro Help 2.9.0 I received the following message:

Update failed.

Microsoft Installer failed to run. Fatal error during installation

ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Pro Help must be installed in the same installation context (both as per user, or both as per machine).

Appreciate any insights on solution

Then is the help installed the same way?

Did you use conda to do the install?

In the interim, if you can't get it going use the online help

Its installed on one machine and I'm the only user

both as per user, or both as per machine

Is pro a per user or per machine? In short, does anyone else use your machine and did you install it so that you are the only one that uses it?
