I have problem when exporting date to excel , the information on name and Lebel are mixed. What to do?

you have violated most of the rules for naming fields
no spaces (use an _ )
no punctuation
don't use keywords (List may throw issues in some situations)
So rename the fields in excel. format them explicitly as to their data type and don't leave blank cells, provide a "null" value appropriate for the data type
Both date was only once and data is still going on. The strange thing is that in the analysis section all correct and no issues.
On name column I cant use space and other feature so
date? or data?
