Workforce not connecting to a survey in Survey123

Question

I created a new workforce project. Survey123 integration is enabled.

I have ID and Location fields mapped out.

But when I try and use the Survey at Assignment, Survey123 opens but the linked survey does not open. Surveys created using Connect.

I tested on another, existing Workforce project an got the same behavior.

This sounds like an issue with Survey123 honoring the url link and opening the correct survey, looking to @ZacharySutherby or @JamesTedrick to weigh in on this.

It takes me to the Home page on Survey123 app. If I open the survey that is linked to Workforce, the data in the fields do not come over Workforce (ID & Location.)

hello @GISManager4 what happens when you open Survey123?  Does it prompt you to sign in?  Does it display your list of surveys?
