Enhnace ArcGIS Urban to suport local projections eg New Zealand Transverse Mercator (NZTM or NZTM2000) which is New Zealand's standard coordinate system that all Central and Local Government use. This is to prevent layer duplication and re-publishing of data in WGS84 and any errors or overload of the web viewers by reprojecting on the fly.
