Can anyone please suggest if FieldMaps supports co-ordinates search in BNG projection if my data and basemap is in BNG projection?

BNG searching is supported if your data are using that projection. Have you tried searching and it is not working?

yes, I tried searching. I have shared 2 screenshots from Field Maps webapp. will share FieldMaps mobile app screenshot in some time.

Try including the directional notation (N, E, etc) after the coordinate values, that may solve the issue.
It works with format of Easting/Northing in mobile app so good for now. Strange that same format doesn't work in FieldMaps webapp but anyway.
