How do you remove a relate from layer in ArcPro?

Trying to remove unwanted relates to empty tables that were already there in a utility network template our consultants used. They said to just leave them there and hide or remove the layers you don't want to work with though I disagree. I like my data, layers, etc. to be clean without a bunch of junk.

If you right-click the layer, do you see the option to remove the relate from the layer?

The relates may not be on the layer, they may be set up through relationship classes. In which case, you could look at the layer properties to see what the relationships are based on:

But you might want to check with the consultant about any impacts this might have.

The question was about how to remove a relate or relationship class:) Since it sounds like the consultant was using a pre-existing schema, the relationship classes will have already been built into that schema.

To create a relationship class, a user might right-click a geodatabase > New > Relationship class:

How does he initially create the relationship classes? The link above simply describes deleting the relationship class from the geodatabase correct?
