Hi, I am looking for a data layer to use on a map that has state boundaries that do not touch the pacific ocean, the gulf, and the atlantic ocean. I really just want the interior boundaries. It looks kinda wierd when the state boundaries dont line up perfectly with the water on my raster. I am kinda looking for a layer like the "world ocean reference" without the labels. it nicely removes the state borders that touch large water bodies.
Can anyone help?
