Filter not working

I'm attempting to create some products using ArcGIS Insights but when I attempt to filter, it doesn't select the data.

Example, I have a field with "Major Issue", if that field is <NO DATA> but I select to include it in it still doesn't pull into my table.

I do believe this is a bug in Online.

Hi. What version - the latest 2021.1? What deployment option - Online/Enterprise/Desktop?

Are you sure that your table is using the exact same dataset that your predefined filter is using?

I just tested with a dataset in Insights desktop 2021.1 and it seemed ok to me. If you could share a .xls of your data i could try to reproduce. Tech support can help too if needed.
