How to add a Scalebar in ArcGIS Mobile 10.0 WPF SDK ?

Hello Team,

I am trying to add the "ScaleBar" in the .xaml file but it gives an error message saying

'A value of type 'ScaleBar' cannot be added to 'UIElementCollection'

Any thoughts on how to solve this ?
