Adding a new coded value to an editable layer for Field Maps

I have a working Field Maps map with two offline areas. I’ve added a new coded value to an existing domain list in a field in my hosted editable layer that I want users to see in the app. The issue is that the added value isn’t showing in the field combo box in the mobile app. I’ve tried syncing the data, and deleting then re-downloading but doesn’t come through on the form. Any ideas?

I think you need to re-create the offline map area in the web app if you make schema changes like adding a new coded value to a domain. Then if you take the new area offline, it should have the changes.
