Refresh problem in Chrome

Question

Hi, we developed an OD based on a Map and Feature services reading data from file geodatabase.

The refresh rate of the feature layers is 1 minute and everything works fine with Firefox browser but not in Chrome (version 90.04430.212) or Edge. If I disable the browser's cache or force a full reload of the page then data it's refreshed from the feature layer, so it seems that the invalidate page mechanism is not working with these browsers.

Can somebody help ?

I think I'm experiencing the same issue, with devtools opened and cache disabled everything's fine, but with devtools closed I need to zoom in/out to see the refreshed data
