I am trying to view a tile layer (hosted) on AGOL and but it is not rendering, I have tried in both map viewer and map viewer classic. Based on some reading I also made it available offline but that didn't solve the problem. I can see the legend details in both but not the actual layer- it is a basic aspect layer that was created in ArcMap then shared as a tile package to AGOL then published as a hosted layer.
Ideas?
