Heat Map generated from EMO not appearing on ArcGIS Online

I generated a heat map using Esri Maps for Office.  When I shared the map to my organization, the heat map layer becomes just a black point.  What should I do?  Or, is this something that cannot be posted from EMO to Online?

Hi Stan,

If you are publishing a heat map from Esri Maps for Office, you will need to remove the layer prior to publishing. The javascript in the webmap cannot display it.  You can, however, do the heatmap in the webmap with perform analysis from the layers you have published from Excel.
