We've been alerted to some potential issues with the sign-in card on Hub sites, particularly those with SAML configurations. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime if you notice that your sign-in options have changed, toggling or moving options back and forth in your ArcGIS Online security settings should resolve the issue.
