Cannot add new polygon data in hosted feature service in ArcGIS online

Question

I published a host feature service that include 2 point layers and 1 polygon layer. I enabled feature editing that allows for add/delete/update features. I was able to add new points, however, I could not draw in any new polygons. I could only edit exiting polygon's attributes. Any idea?

Hey Yuying,

It looks like there is a double feature layer template set on your polygon layer.

Try this:

Open your layer in your web map, change the symbology for your polygon layer and select save layer. This will update the template on the server side. (This assumes you own the layer).

If this doesn't resolve the issue, try republishing the data or give technical support a call to troubleshoot the issue further.
