New account with strange features

Hello,

today I created an account for another member of my team, but the result is different from the one I have. So:

1) the organization address, instead of "username.maps.arcgis.com" is using a strange username like "sdgt7ru78isi90.naps.arcgis.com". Why is this happening? The username is already taken and it created a new random one?

2) The button "Analysis" is missing. I can create features, import shapefiles, but can't do Analysis. Some features not available on free accounts are available, but some other don't. Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance for your answers. I really need my colleague can access to this feastures and I can't find out why is this happening.

No one had the same problem? And the managers can't solve my problem?

You can see in the image below the weird name in the address bar and the inexistence of the Analyze button.
