Support Cloud Storage (S3 | Azure) for Attachments Tied To A Feature Service

I would like Esri to consider adding the ability to store attachments tied to a hosted  Feature Service layer to be stored in a Cloud Store such as S3, Azure Storage rather than on disk.  The benefits of storing the data on S3 are several: 1) scalable, elasticity, 2) cheaper storage, 3) redundancy and disaster recovery.  Thank you for your consideration.
