svchost is taking a lot of cpu

We have a Portal machine on server 2016. The process "svchost -k netsvcs" takes one core (25% of the CPU).

If you kill it, it just comes back with the same behavior after a few minutes.

We have a separate machine with ArcGIS Server that have the same problem.

Anybody runs in to thi?

Hey there!

Could you comment on the resources you currently have on those machines? I know that Portal can take a lot of resources when running, but a lot of it is based on usage / how many services you have running at the same time.
