Exporting User Stats in Portal

We have a Portal set up using Enterprise 10.5, with an unfederated server. I am looking to see if there is a way to export the statistics of users, portal maps/apps, services from the portal/server easily? We cannot run ArcGIS Admin Tools or any other 3rd party application due to the restrictive environment we are in. I do have a tool box that runs in ArcPro that does what I need, but we cannot use it in ArcPro due to our unfederated server. Is there a set of python tools that runs in ArcGIS that would give me what I am looking for?

I am not sure if this will include all the information you are looking for, but you may be interested in usage reports. It also does not seem to offer an option to export the report to a pdf file, so you may need to print the report to a pdf file instead.
