Rangerx Xplor tablet running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 with ESRI collector app. 10.4.2 build 1026. maps saved to device will not open and the application crashes with the message "Unfortunately collector has stopped".
I am also having this issue using any Android device. I've tested multiple devices running both marshmallow and nougat.
