Communication Model V1 - Subnetwork Configuration Is Missing

Hello,

I am trying to set up "CommunicationsDataManagementForArcGISEnterpriseV1" but get attached error during application of asset package.

Is this problem known and is there a solution/fix to it?

Hi Paul,

With the help from Esri support (see case #02696389) we figured out that the problem was caused by a corrupted installation of the "pandas 1.1.3" package. Today, in another attempt to upgrade the untools, ArcGIS Pro installed "pandas 1.1.5" sucessfully and after that also "untools 2.6.2". Right now, I am applying the asset package of the Communication Data Management and it seems to be running successfully as well.

Thanks for sharing your observations. Since it is not only me that is facing this problem I assume that the problem is related to either the asset package or to the tools that are delivered by Esri. Instead of manipulating the asset package on my own (as you suggest) I would expect Esri to investigate the root cause and come up with an official solution or fix.

Anyone from the Esri solutions team: Please let me know what to expect and how to continue. Thank you.

Hi JürgenBiendara,

I faced the same issue with applying the asset package. The only way I could get it to work is to delete the conditional barrier rules from the table.

See the attached image. If you remove all conditional barriers it will apply the asset package, but you may need to add them back in manually after you apply it

I have untools 2.6.0 installed. I think there is no newer version of the untools.

No, I didn't modify the asset package at all. Even the entire environment was set up completely anew with PostgreSQL 11 as enterprise database.
