Allow item-specific create, update, and delete for OAuth app credentials
When I create or edit OAuth 2.0 developer credentials (app authentication, private application) in ArcGIS Online, "Grant access to specific items" lets me select up to 100 owned items. The "Create, update, and delete" privilege is not offered in that mode. It appears only under "Grant item access using privileges," where…

Normally open bus tie breaker not acting as a barrier during Update Subnetwork (ERROR 001890)
In substations where two transformers feed separate bus sections joined by a normally open (N.O.) bus tie breaker, Update Subnetwork fails with ERROR 001890. EB Edit Widget - Copy/"Merge AND Paste" Functionality enhancement
The EB edit widget copy/paste functionality is a game changer for my organization. Currently, non-GIS users in my org use the copy/paste functionality to copy land boundaries from a source layer and paste them into an internal layer to indicate those land area features are being reviewed. This has greatly reduced the need…

From Traffic Accidents to Persistent Risk: A Spatial Data Science Workflow in ArcGIS
When people think about traffic safety analysis, they often start with accident locations. Where did accidents occur? Which intersections have the highest counts? Where are the current hotspots? Those are useful questions. But they are not always the most important ones. During our technical session "Spatial Data Science…

Moving projects between PCs
This question has been raised before, but most of the available guidance appears to be six or more years old. Is creating a project package still the best way to transfer locally stored projects from one computer to another? I appreciate the simplicity of project packages; however, I find it limiting that the data and…
