Yesterday everything was fine, today all I get is a black screen ??

Chrome and Edge (not recommened, I know but testing) both no luck, another computer same thing. using F12 reveals that I have some response from esri but not much
Esri helpdesk tell me everything is fine on their side ..
what's happening here?
