eSearch? Widget Question

I have 30 layers in my WebMap. The default is to have all 30 layers turned on. Instead of a user to have to go into the Layer List Window and turn 29 layers off, so they can view that 1 layer they want by itself, I want a user to be able to use a drop-down list to choose which layer they want to see. When these user selects a layer from this list, then the only layer they will see in the map window is the layer they selected from the drop-down list.

I know the eSearch selects features and this highlights them.

Is this possible? any ideas?

Tim,

Yes this is possible but there is not a widget out there that has this specific functionality. You would need to create a custom widget for this. A starting point might be the Layer Toggle Button Widget Version 2.1 - 08/01/2016 and these threads:

Turn On Layers on Widget Start
