Are there any widget way standard available where you can configure an identifier attribute that can be used in the url of an external none ESRI, none spatial REST service. Such a REST service will then supply additional attributes that can be displayed with the ESRI REST service attributes in the pop-out window for example.
I could not find anything and suspect it will need to be a custom WAB widget?
