Could you integrate a documentation support for Dash / Zeal / Velocity to have the documentation offline/locally ?
Workflow: in a disconnected or offline environment, it would be sufficient to download the documentation locally before entering closed environments.
Usage: with VSCode and the Dash plug-in, automatically get the documentation in addition to the newly implemented autocompletion and suggestion.
