LAS to Raster - intensity image issue

Hi,

I am trying to create an intensity raster using LAS to Raster tool. My output is only displaying the lowest intensity value (values range from 8-65530), so it is just one solid color. From what I've read online there's no standard range for intensity values...

I have filtered points to first return only and there are no error messages.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going wrong?

Hi Katie,

There are few additional questions:

Which version of ArcGIS Pro / Desktop you are in?

The tool you are using is 'LASdataset to Raster'?

When you filter the first return only, just confirm the data is visible, before running the tool.

It works well for me and gives the actual intensity range raster. Better to use all points instead if you are not having any particular reason for filtering with only first return.
