Has support for Raster Catalog been added to ArcGIS Runtime 10.2.4? Is there a way it can be accomplished?
Raster Catalogs are not supported by the new RasterLayer class we added at 10.2.4, but you can of course use Local Server to read Raster Catalogs.
Tell me more about the raster files you are using in your Raster Catalog.

Are there are working references on how to make Raster Catalog work with ArcGIS Runtime? Suppose I have TIFF or JPEG based rasters.
