Video multiplexer error

Hi,

I am trying to convert a mp4 video using video multiplexer.

I am getting the following error:

error 002654 An unknown error occured ensure the video is not corrupt and is playble by arcgis.

The mp4 is not corrupted. Would like some help in how to fix this error.
