I am going to test Image Analyst. It looks like the aerial frame AT is pretty standard. I can not find any documentation on triangulating satellite imagery however. Or is this not possible? The RPC data is "in the ballpark" but with ground truth much better accurracy can be achieved. For my purposes I need good relative and absolute accurracy. Thanks for any assistance with this!
