Reindexed but no increase in the count for more 24 hours its been (11 version of ArcGIS)

We have upgraded our Enterprise from 10.8.1 to 11 version and made the portal HA after that we reindexed the portal because we found a few mismatches in the search and groups but it's been more than 24 hours still there is no change or increase in the count when we are checking the status.

Troubleshooting Steps we performed:

1. Checked Logs - No specific logs related to reindexing

2. ArcGIS Portal Content is not available still

3. Ram utilization is 24% and D drive storage is 63 (where the portal for ArcGIS is installed).  

 

Can anyone help us in troubleshooting the issue, it would be highly appreciated!!
