I registred a GisDay event on 14th November, and I still have not received the 5 free licenses. The email that I used to subscribe for the event was pubclarice@gmail.com. I contacted ESRI support by email (gisday@esri.com) and I haven't received any answer. I would like to know when I will receive them.

It's a manual process and they received a high volume. I received mine over several weeks after registering. Just be patient and I'm sure you'll get them soon!

I hope this finds you well.

I received this email 11 days ago but haven’t yet received the Free Licenses. With the activation deadline of January 5th approaching and the year-end festivities drawing near, I’m concerned about potential delays.

Could you please provide a clearer update on this matter?
