Hi All! We're excited to host our second GIS Day celebration at Schneider Electric! However, we received our confirmation email after we registered our event, and that email says:
"As an event host, you should have received a code via email to distribute five complimentary ArcGIS for Personal Use subscriptions"
but we have not received the code. I responded to the confirmation email several weeks ago, but have not heard anything back.
@Esri GIS Day staff, how best to contact you to get our code?

That's awesome you're planning a special event to celebrate GIS Day. We'd love to hear how it goes!
Based on the quantity of registrants received per week, the GIS Day event registration confirmation emails are sent out in bulk (30 - 40 registrants with licenses at a time) on a weekly basis. There's a good amount of manual work that goes into this so I'd wait to hear from the GIS Day team on the exact timing of your confirmation email! If I hear any updates, I'll make sure to update this thread.

I registered mid-October, and I don't believe I received a confirmation email. I did get the GIS Day Badge for my profile, and I do see my event point on the GIS Day map. I realize it may take some time, but should I have received something by now?

Thank you for doing that; I received them on 11/19! I apologize for the delay in responding, I was busy prepping for, and helping to host our internal GIS day yesterday! It was a success!
