At the Centre of Geographic Sciences (NSCC-COGS) in Lawrencetown on GIS Day 2024, we'll have 1) a GIS-related quiz for students to answer (and win arguably fantastic prizes!), 2) GIS-themed cupcakes at noon - sponsored by the Geomatics Association of Nova Scotia. Will also encourage our students to partake in the Esri Canada event on Tuesday-the-19th in the afternoon and to keep activities for future years in their careers, in mind. Will use a number of resources from the GIS Day website, too.
