I want to get a Esri ArcGIS Developer Foundation Certification 2201, so I buy arcgis for personal use to have access to the 13 training courses.
However, after I download arcgis Pro 3.1, I can't login to use the software. It says "Your account could not be used ti authorize Arcgis Pro because it is an Arcgis Public Account."
How can I use Arcgis pro after buying the arcgis for personal use ? I don't understand why I still can't use it.
What can I do to address this issue.
