Hi @DanielJackson-Reeves The list of software that is needed to study for this exam can be found by clicking on 'Download Exam Information' on the exam card from Esri Academy which can be found here. It looks like it lists ArcGIS Pro, not ArcGIS Online. Also, just to clarify, this exam does not require the software to be used at the time of the exam, as the exam is launched in a secure browser.
